We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health in Carmel, NY. As a LCSW, you will provide high-quality behavioral healthcare and work in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient care and clinical excellence.

- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Full-time
- Hybrid 2 days in office
