Job Description
Lakeview Center provides behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies, and intellectual disabilities, offering residential and outpatient services. The role of a Child Case Manager focuses on optimizing individual functioning through coordination of treatment and support, aiming for self-sufficiency and satisfaction with the living, learning, work, and social environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
- One year of full-time or equivalent experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances
- Knowledge of available resources for children with serious emotional disturbances
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and policies affecting the target population
- Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
- Good driving record and insurance
