Job Description
The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in delivering products and computer-based systems from design to release for customers. The role involves project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverables management, as well as technical support and direction. The position requires 7 years of technical experience, preferably in the casino domain, and experience managing offshore teams.
Requirements
- Manage people who lead cross-functional teams
- Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify needed resources for projects and define major project roles
- Monitor product/program/project from initiation through delivery
- Assign and monitor work of project/program management staff
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for project planning
- Collaborate with Development/QA team to ensure customer requirements are intact
- Coordinate regulatory process like Deployment, testing, and GLI report
- Assist project team and customer for UAT/OR/Training
- Assist project team for production rollout
- Assist L1/L2 team for project transition and support
- Prioritize Pdm SR queues into Service Pack planning and rolling out the SP deployment at Production
