Job Description
The VP of Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and leading the technology vision, strategy, and operations for Lighthouse Autism Center, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. This includes overseeing IT infrastructure, security, applications, data management, and ensuring alignment with organizational growth and expansion. The role reports to the President and focuses on strategic oversight of IT functions to position the organization for long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (director, VP, or CTO)
- Experience with multi-site operations and scalable systems
- Proven track record of delivering technology transformations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors
