Job Description
Lightship is a clinical trials service provider seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and oversee clinical research conducted with biopharmaceutical companies. The role involves managing projects from start to finish, including recruitment, study execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a 6-month, remote position requiring some travel and occasional overnight travel.
Requirements
- Highly developed spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge/expertise in clinical trial management
- Experience using a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
