Job Description
Lightship is an American all-electric recreational vehicle manufacturer developing a battery-powered trailer. They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Manager of Power Systems Design Engineering to lead the development of solar array, custom power systems junction boxes, lighting, and other hardware. This role involves leading a team of power systems engineers, developing technical requirements, and ensuring high-quality designs.
Requirements
- 7+ years design engineering experience
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Expertise with CAD/PLM/PDM systems
- Experience with high voltage power distribution systems
- DFM/DFA analysis
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
