Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support the production of a high-quality luxury recreational vehicle. You will develop and maintain quality standards, lead investigations, drive continuous improvement, and manage supplier quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electric, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience with broad technical background and the ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, service and suppliers across a wide variety of issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective working relationships within Lightship and outside
- PPAP/APQP processes, an advanced working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Lean Manufacturing
