Staff Product Manager

Lightspark is building open payments for the Internet—always-on payment solutions powered by Bitcoin. As the Staff Product Manager, you will oversee the connectivity of our payments network with domestic payment systems worldwide.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in global payment infrastructure product management
• Experience with taking a US based payments provider global
• Familiarity with payment systems, payment rails, and the regulatory environment (AML, licensing, compliance)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience building 0 to 1
• Knowledge of AI, agents and automation
