Lightspeed Systems is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, lead, and optimize AI-driven workflow automation initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on connecting business systems and data platforms, mentoring team members, and ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and stability of Lightspeed Systems' technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Design, build, and automate workflows using low-code platforms such as n8n and Zapier
- Implement lightweight software/apps to enable automation
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Create, refine, and effectively evaluate prompts for AI models
- Manage and maintain API keys and credentials essential to automated workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Stay current with advances in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and emerging AI tools
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions
- Build project scopes, deployment schedules, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors on Salesforce and automation projects
- Provide training and guidance to team members on automation best practices
- Measure and prioritize business impact
- Monitor and enforce best practices, documentation, and governance for automation projects
