Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive results, collaborate across teams, and ensure effective execution of critical Operations functions. The role requires a hands-on approach and an analytical mind, with a focus on business objectives and overall strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, including warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
- 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing
- Vendor and supplier management experience, including work with an overseas contract manufacturer
- Proven track record in ERP systems process optimization
- Proven track record as a senior leader with a demonstrated understanding of people management practices
