Job Description
Production Team Leader responsible for leading the production team on the 1st shift, overseeing the operation of plant pellet mills and dryer unit, and ensuring quality management and recordkeeping. Key responsibilities include monitoring control systems, taking moisture samples, and performing other plant roles as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Two to five years manufacturing and production line experience
- Experience operating manufacturing systems
- Prior lead or supervisory experience
- Good eye, hand and foot coordination
- Computer aptitude at an intermediate level
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
