Requirements

• At least 2 years of college education.
• 2 years in BPO customer service or 1 year in a banking/financial account (international voice campaign) with a focus on collections.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle shifting schedules.
• Willing to work on site and flexible with shifting schedules.
• 3+ years in BPO collections with a strong track record in handling complex customer issues.
