Job Description
As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be integral to shaping our company's financial strategy and driving informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, and analysis across a variety of operational and strategic areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA qualification required.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in an FP&A role.
- Previous experience in SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or tech industries is highly preferred.
- Experience in developing / maintain Balance Score Card.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling tools. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools is desirable.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
