Job Description
LILT is a machine learning company focused on accessibility to information through AI translation. They are seeking freelance AI Red Team experts to test LLMs, multimodal models, and other AI systems, focusing on adversarial testing to identify weaknesses and improve defenses. The role involves crafting scenarios, exploring bypasses, and documenting results, collaborating with engineers and researchers.
Requirements
- Deep Understanding of Generative AI and core LLMs
- Cybersecurity & Threat Modeling
- Data Analysis & NLP
- Ethical Hacking Mindset
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with AI/ML security and frameworks (garak, PyRIT)
- English (advanced, C1 level or above)
