Requirements
- Previous experience in a B2B Customer Success or Account Manager position within the SaaS industry
- Previous onboarding and implementation experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask on the fly
- Resourcefulness, creativity and strategic thinking for troubleshooting problems
