Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer-Agriculture Machinery position involves leading and managing a team of technicians, scheduling tasks, and ensuring equipment reliability. Duties include maintenance of farm buildings, infrastructure, and preventative maintenance programs for farm equipment. The role requires compliance with safety regulations and budget control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering
- 8 years of proven experience in maintenance (farming or agricultural setting)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment and machinery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
