Supervisor, General

Linamar Corporation is seeking a General Supervisor, 2nd Shift to serve as a coordinating resource for management, hourly and salaried personnel. This role involves managing the manufacturing process, maintaining facility/department performance, and supporting employees' careers through evaluations and mentorship. The position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred, or an associate degree completed with at least 4-6 years of progressively responsible manufacturing related experience.
• Five to seven years manufacturing experience in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with employee legislation.
• Experience with five to seven years manufacturing experience in a supervisory role.
