Job Description
Lincoln Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technologist for its Plant Engineering team. This role involves designing, supporting, and modifying electrical systems for manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with various standards. The company is a $4.2B publicly traded organization with over 12,000 employees globally.
Requirements
- Modify solutions to improve equipment reliability and safety
- Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT departments
- Maintain, modify and update PLC, VFD, and HMI programs
- Interface with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, IT, MES, and Production teams
- Apply NEC knowledge for equipment installations
- Lead projects or project steps, solve complex problems, and act as a resource for colleagues
- Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
