Job Description
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, building, shipping, and service of Lincon Electric Automation products. This role involves understanding design objectives, providing details to production, ensuring conformance to quote and purchase orders, and working in a team environment. Requirements
- Understand and gain knowledge needed to work in software systems i.e. Solidworks
- Provide mechanical layouts and details to production
- Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and budgets
- Ensure required ISO documentation is completed
- Assist in compiling electronic documentation for Service Manuals, updating design package to reflect status configuration of any critical item
- Assure that product, as designed, is in conformance with quote and customer purchase order
- Work well in a team environment
