Job Description
As the ambassador of the customer experience, you intervene directly with our customers to ensure after-sales service, startup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of our automated welding equipment.
Requirements
- Bac+2 in electrical engineering or maintenance
- Collaboration with internal teams (administrative, BE, sales)
- Technical skills: Knowledge of welding/cutting, Master Visual Planning, Electrical qualification
- Personal Qualities: Customer service sense, Autonomy, listening, organization, Ability to analyze and adapt, Daily mobility on the sector
