Job Description
The Associate Director, Portfolio Analytics and Reporting will support the development of a commercial mortgage loan (CML) portfolio analytics and reporting framework for Lincoln Financial’s $18B CML portfolio. The ideal candidate will develop Microsoft PowerBI dashboards for the Commercial Mortgage department and analyze business process changes, data integrity success metrics, and reporting required for business intelligence and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Develops and maintains business intelligence dashboards (Microsoft PowerBI) to meet the demands of the CML team
- Responsible and accountable for data accuracy and timeliness of delivery
- Serve as the Data Steward for all commercial real estate investments of Lincoln Financial
- Educates and mentors both team members and business partners on Business Intelligence concepts and best practices
