Job Description
The Building Engineer I will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical). This role focuses on routine maintenance, tenant requests, and system safety. The engineer will collaborate with senior engineers and work on development projects to grow into advanced roles. It's a hands-on position requiring a commitment to building operations and tenant service.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Two to three years of experience or related certification/trade experience
- CFC Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Basic knowledge of laptop and phone applications
- Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements
