The role involves managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, processing mail, and providing excellent customer service. This position is 100% in-office and requires strong communication, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.

Requirements

• Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining organization, appearance, and functionality.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
• Receive, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.
• Anticipate needs of others and provide a positive experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Manage company documents.
• Assist in planning and organizing office meetings.
