Job Description
The Senior Property Manager leads all aspects of a commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolio. This role involves coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing tenant retention. The manager will be responsible for property inspection, vendor management, and maintaining financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Real Estate License required
- Commercial office, retail, and/or industrial property management experience required
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, tax laws, and construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Advanced financial knowledge
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
