Superintendent

Lindsay Construction is recruiting for a Superintendent to lead projects throughout Cape Breton. The successful candidate will have experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.

Requirements

• 5 years or more in a field supervisory role of medium-sized commercial construction projects
• Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications
• Ability to work with Lindsay Construction trades employees and subcontractors
• Able to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholders
• Experience with design-build, tilt-up, and wood framing is an asset
• Journeyman’s classification in a skilled trade is an asset
