Job Description
Lindus Health is transforming the CRO industry by providing faster, more reliable clinical trials. They are powered by a team of innovative scientists and are seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to drive medical strategy and oversight across their US clinical trial portfolio. The role involves medical monitoring, investigator work, business development, and network building, requiring a passion for clinical research and a willingness to embrace innovation.
Requirements
- Active medical registration (MD or DO) in the US (or recognized equivalent)
- Experience with Primary Care or other specialties is preferred
- 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally with research background
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial execution, protocol implementation, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
- Experience with medical monitoring, safety oversight, and adverse event assessment
- Comfort serving as a Principal Investigator (PI) for US-regulated trials
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
