Finance Director

We're hiring a Finance Director to lead our finance function through the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role combining strong controllership and technical accounting with high-quality FP&A and commercial insight.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 8+ years of total experience in finance, accounting & FP&A roles
• Big 4 (or equivalent) audit training and strong core accounting fundamentals
• At least 3 years in finance roles at Series A - Series D (eg 20 - 500 FTEs) startups/scaleups similarly fast-moving environment
• Experience leading Finance teams in project-based/consultancy businesses
• Proven ability to cover both controllership/technical accounting and FP&A/planning/modelling
• Strong technical judgement (especially around IFRS 15/services revenue recognition)
• Hands-on mindset
• Keen eye and attention to detail, matched with the comfort of working in a fast-paced environment
• Influence leaders, challenge assumptions, and communicate clearly to non-finance audiences
