Job Description
We’re looking for a Bilingual French/English Dealer Care Specialist to join our remote call centre team, providing clear, empathetic, and accurate assistance to Dealers in both languages.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- 1–3 years of Dealer service or call centre experience
- Better-than-basic technical knowledge and confidence learning multiple platforms at once
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust tone to Dealer needs
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
