Assistant Cost Manager CSA (Global Capability Center)

As an Assistant Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with a team of experienced professionals and gain industry experience, extend your skillset, and expand your perspective. You will assist in drafting proposals, create estimates and cost plans, and support team members as needed. The role requires proficiency in Cost X, data books, client interactions, and CSA packages, as well as experience in cost management, quantification take-offs, and procurement of global projects.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in cost management, ideally from a consultancy background
• 2 years of experience in the field of Quantification Take Offs
• 1 year of experience in Cost X (or Planswift / Cubicost / Candy / ZW CAD)
• Chartered or on the path to complete it
• Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline
