Job Description
We are seeking a Project Director - Construction Management to lead our 80MW hyperscale data centre project in Groningen, NL. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's most technically demanding builds, where precision, innovation, and bold thinking are essential. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced professionals and work with key partners to ensure excellent project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management
- Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar construction related discipline
- Professional certification (e.g. PMI, CIOB)
- Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects with excellent results
- Ability to mobilise people and teams, and drive for a successful project delivery
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures across projects, clients, and internal partners
