Job Description
Linesight is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join their team and manage the entire cost lifecycle of projects. This role involves proactive involvement in the tender/bid process, strong cost control, change management, and leading team members in building shared projects. Mentorship, leadership development, and fostering team performance are key aspects of the position.
Requirements
- Experience as a senior cost manager from a consultancy background
- Experience in pre-contract cost management and budget control
- Chartered or on path to complete degree in a project management or construction discipline
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
