Requirements
- Experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background
- Experience in pre-contract cost management and budget control
- Chartered or on the path to complete it
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with opportunity to manage own priorities and deadlines
