Requirements

• Extensive cost manager experience
• Understanding of MEP Systems
• RICS chartered or on the path to complete it
• Degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and quality focused
