Senior MEP Cost Manager - Data Centres

The role involves analyzing cost reports, preparing budgets, managing project costs, and overseeing commercial change management efforts.

Requirements

• Analyzing cost reports and reviewing with senior management
• Conducting budget preparation, including detailed cost modeling and benchmarking analysis
• Managing project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost saving initiatives
• Monitoring the financial close-out on all projects
• Overseeing commercial change management and change evaluation efforts
• Overseeing the RFPs through to procurement for project services and products
• Proactively leading all commercial risk management efforts
• Reviewing analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis
