Assistant Manager, Training

Conduct training sessions, develop training materials, and serve as a subject matter expert for ESL content and pedagogy. Collaborate with the product team and support users with technical and pedagogical issues.

Requirements

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for educators, institutions, and internal teams
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials, tutorials, and user guides
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ESL content and pedagogy
• Collaborate with the product team to provide user feedback and improve product usability
• Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through product features and best practices
• Provide technical and pedagogical support to users and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor usage patterns and training effectiveness to continuously refine training approaches
• Attend and present at education conferences, webinars, and professional development events
