Job Description
Link Home Therapy is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide clinical assessments, therapy, and counseling services to geriatric individuals facing mental health challenges. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support the well-being of geriatric residents, primarily on-site at an Assisted Living Facility.
