Job Description
The company is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues with Elastic products, and manage virtual machine resources using AWS. The role involves security scans, account management with TPAM, outage coordination with OME, and Help Desk ticket management.
Requirements
- Linux System Administrator experience
- Running Security Scans
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana
- Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence for documentation and Jira for workflow management and ticketing
- Provisioning virtual machine resources utilizing AWS
- TPAM for account management
- Experience using OME for planned and unplanned outage coordination
- Triage, track, collaborate on and facilitate Help Desk tickets
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
