Senior Property Manager

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Senior Property Manager to ensure long-term occupancy in company properties by providing customer service to tenants, maintaining property appearance, managing operating costs, and managing capital expenditures. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of property or building management experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.

Requirements

• Act as main point of contact for tenants
• Manage move-in & out process
• Regularly inspect and evaluate building equipment, systems, and grounds
• Develop and maintain emergency procedures and preventative maintenance programs
• Negotiate contracts with outside contractors
• Develop and manage annual budgets for assigned properties
• Review monthly operating reports and explain budget variances
• Manage accounts receivable
• Supervise Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Property Management Administrators
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and train team members
