Property Manager

Urban Land Co. is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to lead the team in the Property Management team, responsible for developing and executing policies and procedures to meet financial goals and achieve operational excellence. The role involves managing leases, resident relations, property maintenance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and regulations.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
• At least three (3) to five (5) years of related property management experience
• At least one (1) year of experience leading a team
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and residential property management regulations
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
