We are seeking a motivated Win-Back Sales Representative to join our team in Gjilan, Kosovo. In this role, you will be at the forefront of re-engaging churned clients, leveraging advanced AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to automate and streamline the entire win-back process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in win-back campaigns, is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to conduct clear needs assessments
- A proactive and resilient mindset, capable of turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and ambitious work environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
