Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) managing large-scale programmes and projects
- Proven track record in delivering programmes addressing new regulatory requirements and sustainability goals
- Formal programme/project management qualifications (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APM)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
