Programme Lead, Sustainability & Regulatory Change

Linklaters is a global law firm seeking an experienced programme leader to drive Sustainability and Regulatory Change initiatives. The role involves leading complex programmes, overseeing a team of project managers, and championing process optimisation and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) managing large-scale programmes and projects
• Proven track record in delivering programmes addressing new regulatory requirements and sustainability goals
• Formal programme/project management qualifications (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, APM)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
