Engineering Manager, Curate

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Curate pillar — the team behind how millions of users shape their Linktrees through identity, design, and content organization. The successful candidate will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and PMs to ship beautiful, performant, and reliable user experiences at speed.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering squad focused on building expressive, high-impact user surfaces.
• Architect and prototype new customization and curation features, contributing code when it unblocks progress.
• Drive technical excellence through thoughtful design reviews, testing practices, and operational reliability.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate user needs into scalable systems and elegant experiences.
• Set clear outcomes and prioritize effectively across multiple streams to maximize impact and velocity.
• Embed AI tooling and workflows to enhance developer productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Champion reliability, ensuring smooth on-call coverage and continuous improvement in incident response.
