Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or commercial area (B2B or B2C)
- Good communication, empathy, and active listening
- Organization, discipline, and proactivity
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related areas
- Experience in technology companies, SaaS, or digital customer service (inside sales, customer success, SDR) will be a differential
- Knowledge of CRM tools (such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar)
