• Knowledge of customer-focused services throughout their journey, from crediting, contracting, and activating products, transactional information portals, and reconciliation.
• Analytical profile, with the ability to explore data and structure actionable insights.
• Ability to create clear and persuasive storytelling, translating analysis into strategies and recommendations.
• Ability to navigate between different areas of the company, building partnerships and promoting alignment.
• Proactivity to identify opportunities for improvement and build robust processes.
