Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist for its Adult Social Care team in Haringey. The role focuses on supporting adults with disabilities through a strengths-based assessment and tailored interventions to improve independence and informed choice. Therapist will assess requirements, provide advice, recommend equipment, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with adults with disabilities in a community or social care setting
- Strong understanding of equipment provision, housing adaptations, and carer support
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to strengths-based practice and promoting independence
