Social Worker - Hampshire County Council - Hospital Team

An exciting job role has recently become available at the Hampshire County Council. They are looking for a new member for their Hospital Team.

The ideal candidate for the Social Work role will have several years experience in a relevant team. You will be experienced undertaking assessments and undertaking timely discharges.

Essential requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Minimum of 2 years experience

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
