We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our Intermediate Care Team, offering a pay rate of £32 per hour. The role involves preventing service users from being admitted to the hospital and providing rehab and reablement in the community.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
• Two years UK Post-qualified experience
