Job Description
The Senior Project Manager leads the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning and scoping to execution and closure. They provide overall leadership, governance, and accountability for project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, or Engineering
- 5-8 years of project management experience delivering web/app/platform or omni-channel projects
- Strong Agile and hybrid delivery skills (sprints + fixed scope)
- Planning and governance skills (roadmaps, change control, RACI, KPIs/OKRs)
- Financial skills (budgets, margin, burn, variance)
- Stakeholder management skills (client-facing, steercos, escalation handling)
- Technical fluency (APIs, integrations, environments)
- Tooling skills (Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro/Lucid, MS Project)
- Nice to have: Certs (PMP/PRINCE2, PSM/PSPO, PMI-ACP)
- Domain experience (fintech, retail/e-commerce, payments, health/loyalty/startups UAT; contracts/MSA/SOW)
