We are recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Generic Adult's Neighbourhood Team in Lancashire. As a Social Worker, you will provide person-centered assessments, work with people in crisis, and support individuals to receive community-based support rather than inpatient settings.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
