Job Description
LiRo-Hill is seeking a Resident Engineer in New Jersey to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance, and coordinate with various stakeholders. This role involves on-site oversight, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and contract administration. Requirements
- NJ Professional Engineer License Required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision, site engineering, or resident engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision, site engineering, or resident engineering
- Must have a working knowledge of shop drawing review, scheduling, permitting and inspection requirements
- Proficiency in construction management software
